摘要

目的 :探讨抗癌腹水膏穴位贴敷对小鼠艾氏腹水癌血清可溶性受体 (sIL 2R)水平的影响。方法 :采用艾氏腹水癌瘤株

用NIH小鼠建立模型

按随机表分为四组 :正常空白对照组 (正常组 )

模型对照组 (模型组 )

局部贴敷组 (局贴组 )

穴位贴敷组 (穴贴组 )四组进行观察研究。用放射免疫法检测小鼠sIL 2R水平。结果 :荷瘤小鼠存在细胞因子失衡

表现为sIL 2R水平与正常组相比明显升高 (P <0 0 1)

抗癌腹水膏外贴可显著下调外周血sIL 2R水平。结论 :艾氏腹水癌小鼠存在细胞因子网络的调节失衡

抗癌腹水膏可显著下调外周血sIL 2R水平

从而调节细胞因子网络的平衡

促进细胞免疫功能。
