摘要

随机将 2 17例泌尿系结石肾绞痛患者分为 2组。电针治疗组 187例和药物对照组(Atropine 1mg肌注 ) 30例。观察结果提示 :①对肾绞痛的缓解作用

电针组优于药物对照组 ;②通过B超动态显示结石的定量、定位与电针疗效的相关规律

从而选择出电针治疗泌尿系结石的最佳适应症是中、小结石
