摘要

目的 :观察针刺与药物治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及血液流变学变化。方法 :将 86例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组 4 3例

采用头针配合体针治疗 ;对照组 4 3例

口服尼莫地平。结果 :治疗 1个月后

治疗组治愈率和总有效率为 4 8 84 %和 95 35 %

优于对照组的 2 7 90 %和 81 39% (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组对改善血液流变学指标优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺治疗偏头痛优于口服尼莫地平。
