摘要

为了能快速、有效、准确地克隆出有意义的基因

本文就常用的三种基因克隆方法

即差异显示PCR、抑制性消减杂交、PAP -PCR

从其原理、应用、优越性、主要缺陷等几方面进行了简要概述。这些方法为中医、针刺治疗各种疾病过程中有关的基因差异表达

以及有关基因分子克隆提供有效的分子生物学工具。
