目的 :采用针刺麻醉完成鼻息肉摘除与局麻鼻息肉摘除进行麻醉效果比较。方法 :针麻组(A组 )用上海产G 6 80 5针麻仪行针刺麻醉

局麻组 (B组 )用 1%利多卡因 10ml行局部麻醉鼻息肉摘除。结果 :针刺麻醉的镇痛效果优于局麻。结论 :针刺麻醉鼻息肉摘除具有方法简便、易学、经济、安全、麻醉镇痛良好的特点
