摘要

方法 :采用穴位埋线配合小剂量抗痫西药 (治疗组 )治疗癫痫全身强直—阵挛发作 6 4例

并与西药抗痫组 (对照组 ) 6 5例进行对照观察。结果 :①治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5) ;②两组治疗后脑电图较治疗前均有改善 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5)

治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。③治疗组中原发性与继发性癫痫全身强直—阵挛发作的临床疗效相同 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :穴位埋线加小剂量抗痫西药治疗癫痫全身强直一阵挛发作基本无创伤

无局麻药过敏

能减轻抗痫西药副作用。
