摘要

方法 :采用微波针灸的方法

取犊鼻、内膝眼穴为主治疗 60例 (74个关节 ) ;随机用温针灸的方法治疗 2 0例 (30个关节 )做为对照。结果 :(以治疗膝关节个例数做为统计标准 )微波组 60例(74个关节 )临床治愈 2 7例

显效 32例

好转 13例

无效 2例

有效率为 97 2 9%

与温针组 2 0例(30个关节 )对照相比

χ2 =8 84 4

P <0 0 5

疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :微波所产生的热效应较艾灸透入的更深

作用更加持久。
