摘要

目的 :观察针刺头穴足运感区对脑血管病后便秘的疗效。方法 :6 0例患者随机分为针刺组与对照组各 30例

并对比观察近期疗效、远期疗效及产生副作用。结果 :针刺组与对照组近期疗效相近 (P >0 0 5)

远期疗效针刺组优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。副作用产生针刺组明显少于对照组 (P<0 0 1)。结论 :针刺头穴足运感区是治疗脑血管病后便秘的良好方法。
