摘要

治疗组 6 6例

用糜蛋白酶 4 0 0 0U穴注肾俞、关元俞配合针刺次、会阴等穴

隔天治疗

5次一个疗程 ;疗程后第 2周及第 6周测得液化时间分别由治疗前的 6 1 6 7± 37 33分钟缩短为2 7 12± 18 2 9和 30 76± 19 95分钟 ;总有效率分别为 95 4 5%和 90 91%。对照组 53例

肌注糜蛋白酶 4 0 0 0U

隔天 1次

5次一疗程 ;液化时间分别是 6 4 53± 16 0 0、4 6 2 3± 2 4 2 0和 58 4 9±18 12分钟 ;总有效率分别是 77 36 %和 2 0 75%。结果 :治疗组明显优于对照组

特别是维持疗效时间上有独到之处
