摘要

目的 :用实验方法探讨胃脘下俞与胰腺的内在联系。方法 :观察针刺胃脘下俞对实验性糖尿病家兔血糖、胰岛素及胰岛形态的影响。结果 :针刺胃脘下俞有提高胰岛素含量

降低血糖水平

修复胰岛形态的功效 ;血糖的下降与胰岛素的升高呈密切负相关。结论 :提示胃脘下俞与胰腺存在着神经分布、生理功能和病理变化等密切的内在联系

该穴位应具有背俞穴特性

是胰腺器官在机体体表的机能感应点

在归类上建议将该穴归属于背俞穴

以胰俞命名
