摘要

目的 :探讨立体网状针刺法对深部脑梗塞患者患肢运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法 :采用立体网状针刺法治疗 35例与传统体针加头针运动区治疗 35例对照观察

检查脑血流图及上田敏十二级肢体功能评定和Barthel指数等。结果 :两组之间对比

各项指数有明显差异。结论 :立体网状针刺法可明显改善脑部缺血缺氧状态

提高患肢运动功能和日常生活能力
