摘要

目的 :探讨耳针对血管性痴呆大鼠 (VD)学习记忆障碍的改善与bcl 2、bax凋亡相关蛋白表达的关系。方法 :采用 4 血管阻断制备VD大鼠模型

针刺脑、肾耳穴后

作免疫组化、行为学测试及图像分析。结果 :耳针治疗后VD大鼠海马CA1区bcl 2、bax蛋白表达增加

特别是bcl 2明显增加

与学习记忆成绩呈正相关。结论 :耳针改善VD大鼠学习记忆

可能是通过针刺调控细胞凋亡

达到对VD大鼠海马神经元的保护作用
