摘要

方法 :将 135例中风后肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组 83例

以龙虎交战手法针刺天宗穴。对照组 5 2例

常规取穴采用平补平泻手法。两组患者针后均进行康复训练连续两个疗程。结果 :①Fugl meyer运动功能评价

治疗组上肢总积分高于对照组 10分左右。②治疗后运动神经传导速度的改变亦较明显 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :龙虎交战针刺手法可有效缓解肩手综合征所致的疼痛。针灸可促进损伤的神经再生
