摘要

目的 :以神经原性炎症反应作为经络活动的指标

观察在背根反射和轴突反射实验条件下

穴位刺激对内脏组织的效应。结果 :电刺激“足三里”穴经背根反射和长轴突反射可引起胃肠道等消化系统内脏呈现特征性分布的神经原性炎症反应

而其他内脏组织不出现类似反应。如果实验前 6天预先给穴位注射辣椒素 (6 6mmol/L

5 0 μl)

则电刺激穴位后相关内脏组织出现的Evans蓝渗出被阻断。结论 :穴位刺激引起内脏组织的神经原性炎症反应是由辣椒素敏感的细传入纤维通过轴突反射和背根反射介导的

它可作为研究经脉—脏腑相关联系的一种新途径。
