摘要

目的 :探讨刺络拔罐配合康复训练治疗偏瘫肩痛的疗效。方法 :对 2 6例偏瘫肩痛患者进行刺络拔罐配合康复训练治疗

并对其肩痛程度和频度以及上肢Brunnstrom分级进行自身前后对照。结果 :治疗后肩痛程度和频度积分均低于治疗前 (P <0 0 1)

偏瘫患者上肢运动功能达Ⅳ级以上的也由 15 4 %提高到 6 5 4 %。结论 :刺络拔罐配合康复训练是一种可供选择的治疗偏瘫肩痛的较好方法
