摘要

应用针刺加西药治疗 4 2例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者

与 38例同期采用西药疗法患者进行对比

结果表明治疗组主要临床症状改善优于对照组

显效率差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。两组治疗前后动脉血气分析、静脉压及血液流变学变化的比较

说明针刺与西药协同可明显增高PaO2 (动脉血氧分压 )

降低PaCO2 (动脉血二氧化碳分压 )

降低静脉压

降低红细胞比积

使全血粘度 (高切速及低切速 )降低

对血浆粘度的改变无显著意义
