摘要

目的 :比较不同针灸方法对抗化疗呕吐的作用特点

为临床上根据不同的病人采用不同的针灸疗法

提供了一定的研究依据。方法 :选取足三里穴

分别使用温针灸、针刺和艾灸三种不同的治疗方法

以呕吐症状的积分为主要临床观察指标

以观察针灸足三里穴对抗化疗呕吐反应的临床疗效。结果 :不同的针灸方法

其即时止呕效应和持续止呕效应不尽相同

针刺的即时止呕效应优于温针灸和艾灸

而温针灸的持续止呕效应优于针刺和艾灸。
