摘要

1 一般资料本组247例

其中男173例

女74例;年龄9～81岁。泌尿系结石62例

胃肠痉挛58例

急性胃肠炎61例

肠梗阻10例

肠道蛔虫症12例

胆结石15例

急性阑尾炎7例

胃十二指肠溃疡22例。2 治疗方法用一次性5ml注射器6号针头抽出维生素K3注射液2～4ml

取单侧足三里

酒精、碘酒常规消毒皮肤

直刺进针

待得气回抽无血后推入药液。注射后下肢可产生酸胀电麻感。
