摘要

采用针药并用治疗冠心病心绞痛中医辨证属心气亏虚兼痰凝血瘀证患者 31例

并与单纯针刺治疗组 31例

单纯中药治疗组 31例对照研究。结果表明 :针药并用组心绞痛症状缓解率和缺血心电图改善率均明显优于单纯针刺治疗组和中药治疗组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。各组患者治疗前后ET、cGRP及TXA2 、PGI2 水平比较

针药并用组改善和调控上述指标的作用亦明显优于单纯针刺治疗组和中药治疗组 (均P <0 0 1)。提示冠心病心绞痛的治疗以中医综合疗法为佳
