摘要

目的 :探讨温通针法预防大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤的作用。方法 :选健康Wistar大鼠 80只

分正常对照组、模型对照组、热补针法组、捻转补法组。以血清及胃粘膜组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血浆及胃粘膜组织丙二醛 (MDA)的含量、粘膜损伤指数为效应指标。结果 :针刺可明显地提高血清及胃粘膜组织SOD的含量

降低血浆及胃粘膜组织MDA的含量

减轻胃粘膜损伤程度 ;且温通针法优于捻补针法

二者相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。
