摘要

目的 :研究针刺治疗中风失语症的临床疗效及机理。方法 :针刺督脉百会、水沟、哑门及舌体金津、玉液治疗中风失语症 34例

观察针刺前后“汉语失语症检查法”评分及听觉事件相关电位P3 0 0 的变化。结果 :针刺后“汉语失语症检查法”中口语表达、听理解的积分值均显著增高 (P <0 0 1) ;P3 0 0 潜伏期显著缩短 (P <0 0 5 ) ;针刺总有效率为 5 3 0 %。结论 :针刺可以改善中风失语症的言语障碍

并能促进脑电功能的恢复。
