摘要

将 93例消化性溃疡 (PU)患者随机分为穴敷组 33例、针灸组 30例和西药组 30例

进行临床对比观察。经治疗 1月

结果中医证候总有效率分别为 87 88%

86 67%

63 33% ;胃镜总有效率分别为 84 85%

86 66%

63 33% ;3组比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5)。代针膏穴敷与针灸均明显减少溃疡面积 (P <0 0 1)

使幽门螺杆菌 (HP)明显消失 (P <0 0 5)

使血清IgG、IgM明显升高 (P <0 0 5)。说明代针膏具有类似针灸的抑制胃酸分泌、促进溃疡愈合的作用。
