目的 :观察耳针镇痛对分娩过程的影响。方法 :70例初产妇进入活跃期后随机分为耳针组和对照组各 35例

观察分娩疼痛程度、产程进展、分娩方式、产后出血、新生儿Apgar评分情况。结果 :耳针组与对照组相比

产痛、难产率差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;耳针组活跃期为 130 71± 74 19min

第二产程 4 0 71± 2 1 68min

产后出血量 181 4 3± 132 97ml;对照组活跃期 166 14± 62 67min

第二产程 53 33± 2 6 92min

产后出血量 2 62 2 7± 145 75ml

两组比较有显著差异(P <0 0 5) ;两组胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :耳针镇痛在阴道分娩中有较好的疗效

对母婴无不良影响

值得在临床推广应用
