摘要

为探讨皮电刺激 (TENS)对产妇分娩镇痛的效果

在针刺穴位的应用及皮电刺激机理的研究的基础上

将 12 0例产妇随机分为皮电组、催产素组、空白组 3个组

分别对分娩疼痛程度、疼痛进展趋势、宫口张开时间、有效宫缩频率及血中皮质醇含量等多项目进行对比。皮电组在减轻疼痛、加快产程进展及提高血中皮质醇含量方面都具有优势

是一种无创伤、无副作用、简单有效、可行的无痛分娩方法。
