摘要

目的 :观察耳针对缺血性中风症的影响。方法 :用凝闭大脑中动脉皮层支的方法制作大鼠缺血性中风症模型。结果 :通过耳针治疗

其行为障碍的恢复较模型对照组为快。在血管凝闭手术后

可看到颅顶软脑膜微血管口径扩张

血液流速加快

耳针组较模型组稍明显。实验 1周后作血液流变学检查

耳针组和模型组皆较正常组的全血粘度 (低切 )和血浆粘度为高

耳针组更为明显。结论 :表明机体的调节作用可使局部缺血区增加血液灌注量促进损伤脑细胞的恢复

而对全身增加血液粘度有利于手术损伤处的血液凝固

耳针能加强此调节作用
