摘要

目的 :为“秩边透水道”针法治疗慢性前列腺炎提供形态学依据。方法 :在 2 4具 (48例 )成年男性尸体上解剖、测量了针体穿过的途径与针尖抵达部位的有关数据。结果 :针体逐层穿经皮肤、浅筋膜、臀大肌、梨状肌与骶丛达小骨盆上口中心冠状面后 1 77± 16 6 4mm

小骨盆上口平面下 4 0 6 0± 17 86mm

小骨盆侧壁内侧 18 13± 14 2 3mm。结论 :针尖抵达的部位恰在盆丛

表明其治病的机理可能是通过刺激盆丛所含的交感、副交感神经实现的
