20世纪 8 0年代以来有关研究取得了较大进展。脑血流图是早期研究采用的方法。彩色多普勒和单光子发射CT(SPECT)观察针刺研究结果更精确和直观。动物实验表明

针灸可降低脑血管的阻力和改善脑血管痉挛。临床研究表明

针灸确实可以增加局部脑血流量、改善脑功能活动。神经系统调节是针灸产生效应的基础

今后应进一步紧密结合临床进行研究
