摘要

目的 :研究艾灸、穴位注射对恶性肿瘤患者化疗毒副反应的不同作用。方法 :将 6 3例恶性肿瘤患者随机分 3组 :艾灸组 (2 3例 )

穴注组 (2 2例 )

西药对照组 (18例 )。在化疗过程中

分别应用艾条灸、穴位注射黄芪注射液、常规西药。观察白细胞总数及免疫球蛋白治疗前后变化。结果 :艾灸组、穴注组均可提高白细胞总数及免疫球蛋白

优于对照组 (P <0 0 5

P <0 0 1) ;在提高白细胞总数方面

穴注组优于艾灸组 (P <0 0 5) ;在提高免疫球蛋白方面

艾灸组优于穴注组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :艾灸、穴位注射可防治恶性肿瘤化疗毒副反应

不同针灸方法具有不同的效果。
