摘要

采用针灸督脉、神经干、脏腑俞募穴或华佗夹脊穴及一些常规穴位的方法

并与常规中药进行临床疗效对比观察

发现①无论是完全性还是不完全性截瘫

针灸均可取得良好疗效

并有优于常规中药的趋势 ;②不完全性截瘫单纯针灸治疗即可起到良好效果

常规中药的介入无明显意义 ;③针灸加中药治疗完全性外伤性截瘫有协同作用

有优于单纯针灸与中药的趋势。
