摘要

方法　采用电针家兔足阳明经头面“四白”穴

躯干“梁门”穴、下肢“足三里”穴

观察其对胃粘膜损伤的防御性保护作用

以进一步探讨足阳明经与胃的相关性。结果　电针足阳明经不同部位经穴

均可使家兔胃粘膜损伤指数显著降低

胃粘膜前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )及表皮生长因子 (EGF)的含量增加

其中以“足三里”穴最为明显 (P <0 0 1)

而电针“足三里”外 2cm的对照点

则未见显著性差异 (P >0 0 5)。结论　电针足阳明经不同部位经穴

可能是通过胃粘膜组织中PGE2 与EGF发挥了对胃粘膜细胞的保护作用

证实了足阳明经与胃具有相关性。
