摘要

目的 :观察针灸治疗老年良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法 :采用针刺和艾灸相结合的方法治疗 10～ 30次。采用国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)和生活质量评估指数 (QOL)

在治疗前后分别记录患者的IPSS及QOL。结果 :34例患者治疗前IPSS为 2 2 0± 6 9分

QOL为 4 5± 0 6分

治疗后IPSS为 9 2± 4 1分

QOL为 1 8± 1 1分

治疗前后IPSS及QOL的差异有非常显著意义 (P<0 0 1)。结论 :针灸疗法能缓解前列腺增生的临床症状

提高患者生活质量
