摘要

目的 :观察温针灸对老年雌性大鼠性激素的影响。方法 :温针灸“肾俞”穴

观察其对雌二醇(E2 )、孕酮 (P)、促卵泡生成激素 (FSH)、促黄体生成激素 (LH)的变化。结果 :温针灸“肾俞”组E2 水平明显升高

温针灸“肾俞”与尼尔雌醇组FSH水平明显降低 (P <0 0 1)

P显著升高 (P <0 0 5

P<0 0 1)。温针灸“肾俞”对LH水平的变化影响不大

而尼尔雌醇组LH水平则明显低于空白对照组。结论 :温针灸“肾俞”穴具有明显的调节性激素作用

可以使明显低下的雌二醇与孕酮水平升高

从而建立起卵巢与垂体之间负反馈关系

同时

使升高的FSH水平回复正常
