摘要

本题选择 111例急性脑梗塞患者

根据治疗方法和发病时间顺序将其分为 8组。采用临床疗效观察、神经功能评分等为指标

进行治疗前后连续性检测。结果 :发现单纯溶栓组溶栓后血管虽然再通

脑血流也得到改善

但常常不能使神经功能等临床状况获得明显的恢复

这可能主要与溶栓再灌注中自由基损害有关。而针刺配合溶栓组的这种现象较少

与单纯溶栓组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)

从而间接证明针刺可能减轻溶栓再灌注损伤

达到保护脑组织的作用
