摘要

方法 :电针肝、胆、心、胃经的有关腧穴

观察对大鼠胆汁流量 (BF)及其Na+、K+、Cl- 含量变化的影响。结果 :电针“曲泉”能增加BF及K+浓度

降低Na+浓度

不影响Cl- 浓度 ;电针“太冲”增加BF例次占 4 1%

降低BF例次占 4 4 %

对胆汁中Na+、K+、Cl- 无影响 ;电针“日月”以降低BF为主

不影响胆汁中Na+、K+、Cl- 浓度 ;电针“足三里”及“少海”不影响BF及Na+、K+、Cl- 浓度。结论 :本实验为针灸学的经穴特异性及经穴脏腑相关性理论提供实验依据
