摘要

从神经根型颈椎病的发病机理探讨单纯使用穴位疗法是否具有可行性及其可行的范围。在回顾了近几年来的文献之后

提出了以下的结论 :可以依据病患的情况

选用文中所述之高显效率的穴位疗法。不属于寒湿阻络型之患者

则须结合牵引或手法等治疗方式以便能够更全面且更为根本地解决问题

在施以综合疗法的患者之疼痛无法缓解或是患者之神经方面的症状有所加重时 (如肌力持续下降或二便控制失常 )

则须考虑让患者接受手术治疗。
