摘要

目的 :为印证女性生殖生理调控过程中

中、西医妇科学两个机能轴之间可能存在的内在联系。方法 :选择 2 5例妇科内分泌失调性疾病患者

以肝俞、肾俞为主进行针刺治疗

观察治疗前后临床症状及激素的改变。结果 :临床症状普遍改善

基础体温连续测定 (BBT)双相率提高 (P <0 0 1)

阴道上皮细胞成熟指数计数 (MI计数 )居中与右移交替出现率增高 (P <0 0 1)

卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素 (LH)及雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)的值均有改变 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺对女性内分泌失调性疾病能够产生良好疗效

中、西医妇科学两个机能轴之间存在着密切联系
