摘要

作上腹部CT扫描病人 2 2 1例

随机分为耳穴贴压组和肌注山莨菪碱组

分别测定扫描中十二指肠扩张程度、张力改变情况以及扫描前后心率、瞳孔、对光反应、视物情况、排尿时间等变化。结果 :两组胃窦、十二指肠至十二指肠水平部及胰尾部空肠等造影剂充盈的上等率几乎接近

而瞳孔变化、心率增速等副作用耳压组则明显小于肌注山莨菪碱组。
