摘要

方法 :将 6 8例功能性消化不良 (FD)患者随机分为针刺组和对照组。针刺组取穴为中脘、足三里、内关、合谷、胃俞、脾俞、太冲、气海、关元、天枢。对照组选用吗丁啉 10mg

每日 3次

连服1个月。结果 :针刺组症状的总有效率为 94 7%

对照组为 83 3%

差异有显著性差义 (P <0 0 5)。两组在胃电图、胃动素、口—盲通过时间 3项试验亦为针刺组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :针刺具有促进并协调FD患者胃肠动力的作用。
