摘要

以腧穴为主

探讨中药穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的机理。根据中医传统“冬病夏治”的原理

分组观察在不同季节与不同证型的支气管哮喘患者

在每年夏季三伏期间按时进行穴位敷贴治疗

通过 356例临床观察比较各自在近、远期疗效及治疗前后嗜酸性粒细胞计数升高或降低的变化

并进一步分析了两组穴位贴药在不同季节的临床疗效和中医辨证分型关系。结果 :夏季组近、远期疗效明显优于冬季组

表明在夏季哮喘缓解期进行中药穴位敷贴治疗为冬季临床奠定了基础
