摘要

目的 :观察针刺治疗对Ⅱ型糖尿病 (NIDDM )并发急性脑梗死 (Acutecerebralinfarction

ACI)下丘脑促肾上腺皮质释放激素 (CRH)与促甲状腺激素释放激素 (Thyrotopinreleasinghor mones

TRH)的影响

以探讨其可能的作用机理。方法 :将 6 0例患者随机分为常规药物组与常规药物加针刺治疗组进行观察

用放射免疫分析法 (Radioimmunoassay

RIA)分别对 2组治疗前后CRH和TRH水平进行检测

并与健康人组作比较。结果 :针刺治疗能明显降低CRH、TRH水平

改善下丘脑垂体肾上腺 (Hypothalamus pituitary adrenalaxis

HPA)轴及下丘脑垂体甲状腺 (Hypothala mus pituitary thyroticaxis

HPT)轴分泌异常。结论 :针刺可通过对下丘脑病理功能的调节

来阻遏脑梗死时的中枢神经组织受损

进而提高疗效。
