摘要

方法 :将 10 0例脑梗塞患者随机分为头针治疗组和对照组。观察针刺前后患者神经功能缺损程度积分、血浆内皮素 (ET 1)、丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)水平

并与对照组比较。结果 :头针治疗后患者神经功能缺损程度积分显著减少

血浆ET 1、MDA水平显著降低

NO水平明显回升。结论 :头针对脑梗塞的治疗作用可能部分是通过抑制血管内皮细胞损伤或促进其修复

从而维护ET 1/NO拮抗平衡而实现

同时还与抑制脂质过氧化反应有关
