摘要

目的 :观察选择周围性面神经麻痹不同时机进行针刺的疗效。方法 :将 144例周围性面神经麻痹患者按病程分为 2组

发病 7天以内的急性期患者为治疗组

发病 7天以上的静止期及恢复期患者为对照组

采用相同的穴位进行针刺治疗。结果 :治疗组治愈率 85 2 %

有效率 10 0 0 % ;对照组治愈率 66 7%

有效率 97 2 %。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :在周围性面神经麻痹的急性期给予面神经良性刺激

会大大提高治愈机率

故周围性面瘫针刺治疗的最佳时机为急性期
