摘要

目的 :进一步研究电针的抗过氧化、抗衰老作用

探讨肾俞平衡阴阳、益精补肾机理。方法 :选择 7组大鼠做力竭游泳实验

观察力竭前后不同时间及有无电针刺激条件下大鼠肾脏线粒体自由基代谢情况和线粒体功能的变化。结果 :发现力竭游泳后即刻和 4小时末MDA

游离Ca2 +

THG

GSH Px均有不同特点、程度的变化 ;电针组大鼠游泳耐力时间明显长于未电针组(P <0 0 1)。提示力竭游泳可诱发大鼠体内一系列过氧化反应

自由基大量生成、积累、代谢出现异常。结论 :电针其“肾俞”可较明显提高自身抗过氧化能力

有效清除自由基

提高运动能力

初步揭示了肾俞平衡阴阳、益精补肾机理。
