摘要

目的 :揭示醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑梗塞的分子机制。方法 :采用分子杂交的技术

观察了实验性脑梗塞大鼠缺血区脑组织HSP70 mRNA的转录水平

并观察了醒脑开窍针刺法对缺血区脑组织HSP70 mRNA表达的干预作用。结果 :发现醒脑开窍针刺法可增加梗塞区皮质、纹状体、海马HSP70 基因的表达。证实了醒脑开窍针刺法对缺血后的脑细胞的保护作用优于常规针刺法

揭示了该法保护脑细胞的部分分子机制
