摘要

传世的主流腧穴文献是以汉代《黄帝明堂经》为源头演变而来。粗略地说

从汉代一直到清代

腧穴主治的演变基本可分为三个阶段 :宋代以前

虽然各种腧穴专书不断出现

但很少对《黄帝明堂经》的腧穴主治产生影响

因此这一时期占主导地位“黄帝明堂”腧穴主治的演变主要表现在形式上

内容上的变化很小 ;至宋代

除了继承“黄帝明堂”腧穴主治的基本内容外

也从当时流传的其他腧穴书中增补一部分主治内容

同时还直接从当时医家的临床经验中总结新的腧穴主治 ;明代则更广泛地从方书、针灸歌赋等文献中补辑腧穴主治。值得注意的是

不同历史时期

特别是宋以后

多种环节上的人为失误

也是腧穴主治发生变化的一个不可忽视的重要因素
