摘要

观察电针刺激对心脏手术病人心肌细胞热休克蛋白mRNA基因表达的影响。 2 8例ASD病人

随机分为针麻组 (组Ⅰ

n =6 )

针刺加全麻组 (组Ⅱ

n =10 )

和全麻组 (组Ⅲ

n =9)

于转流前 10min

停转流

停转流 30min

停转流 1h测定CK MB。结果 :① 3组病人停转流和转流后1hCK MB均较转流前明显增加

但组Ⅲ的升幅明显高于组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ ;②针刺组HSP70 mRNA表达高于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。因此针刺有增加缺血心肌细胞HSP70 mRNA表达作用
