摘要

目的 :探讨针刺对糖尿病血浆中PGI2 及TXA2 的影响。方法 :用 2 %STZ溶液诱导糖尿病大鼠

随机分为 2组

即针刺防治组和糖尿病对照组

另有 1组做正常对照。结果 :经 2 5个月防治

针刺组血浆中PGI2 明显高于糖尿病对照组 (P <0 0 5)

与正常组比

P >0 0 5

差异无显著意义 ;针刺组血浆中TXA2 明显低于糖尿病对照组 (P <0 0 5)

与正常组比

P >0 0 5

差异无显著意义。结论 :针刺可以干预STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠PGI2 的降低及TXA2 的升高
