摘要

目的　旨在体现近 10年来针灸治疗冠心病临床研究的概貌

反映这一专题研究的最新水平和进展

为以后的临床科研提供参考依据。方法　共综合了 4 0篇相关文献的内容

通过对针刺治疗冠心病和冠心病不同临床亚型的临床疗效的总结

进一步肯定了针刺治疗冠心病的有效性。结论　通过对临床研究中针刺手法、针感、针刺取穴方面不同观点的分析

认为影响针刺治疗冠心病疗效的相关因素有待研究和统一。
