摘要

缺血性脑损伤是极为复杂的病理生理过程

是多种机制共同作用的结果。在有效“时间窗”内采取多靶点、多水平、多通道的干预措施

对疾病的转归至关重要。本文从脑缺血损伤级联反应及针刺结合药物的超早期 ( 6小时内 )治疗等方面进行了综述和探讨。
