观察针刺治疗对角膜组织中胶原酶活性的影响。制作兔的细菌性角膜溃疡模型

测定针刺治疗后角膜组织中丙二醛 (malondinaldehyde

MDA)含量和胶原酶活性。结果 :针刺联合抗生素治疗能更有效地减少组织脂质过氧化和活性胶原酶生成。结论 :针刺治疗能够影响角膜组织胶原酶的活性

联合抗菌素应用对细菌性角膜溃疡有较好的疗效。
